HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

You will receive an email from MSH International with login details providing you access to MSH International’s website.

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A CLAIM?

Claims should be made as soon as possible after the incident and can be submitted via MSH International’s website.   In an emergency medical situation, MSH International must be contacted with 72 hours of admission to hospital.  Medical claims must be submitted within 90 days after the claim was incurred.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED?

When making a claim, please have your name, insurance policy number, location and any medical information you may have.

CAN I RENEW MY OVERSEAS STUDENT INSURANCE POLICY?

Absolutely. Should you require another month, years cover then please do not hesitate to contact us.

CAN I PURCHASE INSURANCE COVER IN ADVANCE OF MY TRAVEL DATES?

Yes. You may need to show a copy of the policy to your admissions department at the university you are going to be studying at.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY POLICY DOCUMENTS?

Your documents will be available to view from the my account section of this website on and after the day of policy purchase.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF ANY PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS?

Yes.  Completion of a simple health questionnaire is required.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR COVER?

Almost anyone who is going to study overseas who is under age 41.

AM I COVERED OUTSIDE OF MY UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE?

The insure 2 study plan provides coverage in your country of residence while studying, or whilst travelling elsewhere in the world on a holiday for a period not exceeding 30 days.
